THE BEST SUBWAY. Not usually a Subway fan but Shiming is a sandwich artist and gets my complicated veggie order perfect every time and it’s always fresh and delicious.
The app glitched and my order did not go through for unknown reason. But the charge went through. The Subway person said ok, we do not see the order. I understand that they are not responsible for the app maintenance but I thought they would investigate what happened because if there is no option for a refund in case of malfunction and no customer service at all, just a chat digital “ assistant” that does not assist. That being said I never had any issues with them before.
Restaurant is clean, renovated, super easy to place an order online and they give decent portions in the sandwich options.
