Afridi refused to make me a cold sandwich. Poor customer service skills and representation for my first time visiting this location as a rewards member. I asked him if he can not toast my bread, I then asked him to heat up the salami, pepperoni, and the bacon I was going to pay extra for. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!! I went to pick up my online order and the server refused to give me my order as I needed ID. I have never been to any subway for a pick up order and need to provide ID, they should up this information on the app. Okay fine, this server refuses to cancel my order and tell me it will be cancelled in the app, later in the day I see a charge on my credit card for the full amount and in the app, it said my order was picked up!!
