Firstly want to shout out the new female worker at this location. I didn’t get her name but she told me she just started working there not too long ago. She typically wears a black and white bandana. She is so kind, and always makes my bowl to perfection. The ingredients are fresh and clean all of the time. I have seen a lot of improvement within the last month or so at this location. Love it here!
My favorite sweetgreen in NY The staff are super friendly, portions are large, the place is clean and the atmosphere overall is chill. I always order in person for an early dinner and usually do not have to wait in line. Shout to Elysee and her coworkers for always being cheerful and helpful! P.S - Even though Naya just opened up across the street I still prefer this place and always choose it over the other healthy spots as it’s more comfortable Elysee
On June 2nd, 2026, at 9:40 pm, I visited Sweet Greens hoping to have dinner. However, I was ignored by the Black woman working that night, who said that “someone else would take care of me.” She was standing in front of me, doing nothing behind the counter. I was the only customer in line, and the other employees began cleaning. I waited an extra 2-3 minutes without anyone helping me. Ultimately, I left without food.
