I went to Tswirl Forest Hills on a Thursday evening and the cashier that took my order was a young short asian boy. He was talking to someone through the airpod on his ear and not focused on his job. I should also add that he was on his phone before I approached the register and immediately after I paid. This should not be happening and is completely unprofessional. I also saw him constantly on his phone when there are people waiting for orders. Tswirl management should be checked and have this
The crepe was good as I got the creme brûlée with strawberries. I like that you can customize your crepe or pick a premade one. They also offer savory crepes so the menu is diverse in that way. I am giving 4 stars because I waited to be taken at the register and the cashier completely ignored me and kept doing what they were doing. I had to eventually just say after a minute or 2 “excuse me, may I order?”. The seating is also pretty tight which I normally would not mind if I was able to take it
Food good. Place smells of bleach when u first walk in. Waited out side for my order. Food is good here
