Called the number listed to let them know about the terrible matcha slush I received at the hospital, the man mocked me for being in the hospital after he 1st hung up on me. This tastes is was made with water, no sugar, and 20 scoops of bitter matcha that literally makes you cringe while drinking it. I have never experienced such bitterness in service as well. I’m unable to physically go back and get a refund, will dispute with my credit card and go back in person once I leave the hospital.
It was not good. The bubble teas are bland. Taste like water to be honest. Location: It is located along 96th st. Few seatings inside with a cute bear. Service: He was nice and very attentive. Food: I ordered classic tea and taro.. both of them taste like water to be honest. I don’t taste any taro or milk tea. It was so sad. The boba was okay. Little bit hard already. Price rating: I paid 17 bucks for 2 large bubble teas with mount sinai discount.
