Uruguayan cafe known for empanadas, churrasco and chivito sandwiches in a rustic-chic space.
From Google Maps reviews.
Came here for dinner to celebrate my Mother’s Bday and had Javiera as our waitress. Javiera was super attentive, provided suggestions, and was super sweet. The place accepts cash, Amex, and an app BlackBird. (They have an ATM). Please don’t let this stop you from going there. The food and drinks were delicious!!! I would definitely comeback another day.
Cozy little place with great food and interesting cocktails. Great for beef-lovers. The stars here are the churrasco, empanadas and the Chivito sandwich (which is a flank steak sandwich). I went there to celebrate with a friend and we both loved it. The ambience is warm, quiet and welcoming, even though the tables are a bit on the smaller side. All in all, this is a great little place with excellent food, and a nice atmosphere.
Writing this as I have a homemade steak dinner not nearly as good as the one I had at Tabare. This place is warm, sexy and certain to feul your appetite for some good red wine and juicy sizzling steak. My only personal gripe was that it was TOO dark. Though this might be of advantage to those meeting each other for their first times like mysterious vampires, it is also a restaurant and I would've prefered to understand what I was poking at in their sizzling plate - Picture taken with nightmode s
