This Taco bell , the food is high quality but why am i always waiting 30+ minutes. Even the app predicts timing of order way off. Makes me sad cause I love taco bell. I wish the management would make changes promptly to increase the timing/speed of orders. Wendys across the street will be my goto if this doesnt change.
Over a 20 minute wait, for a place no one should have to wait for. And let me be clear, it’s not because of the people working. They’re moving and hustling and preparing orders that are coming in nonstop. It’s because the owners are clearly too cheap to staff the place appropriately and cutting costs to make money wherever they can. So you’ll wait. A long time. I have not had Taco Bell in a very long time. I went to try the chicken nuggets because they are advertised as soft juicy and delicious however what I got today was exactly the opposite. As soon as I opened the box I knew right away that I wasted my time and money. The nuggets were dark and had marks like freezer burn. I gave it a try and they were hard and dry so for that reason Taco Bell gets one star . That reminds me of why I haven’t had Taco Bell in years.
