The older lady who works there is usually very polite and helpful. Never had any major issues with my order until today. Staff burnt two of my chicken tacos and forgot a burrito out of a pickup order. Had to walk back and have them remake it. Same guy with dreads made and remade the order. Burnt it the first time and forgot sauce on the remake. Smh
I agree with several of the reviews stating they give you old & cold food. Usually love Taco Bell but this location is the first one I’ve ever experienced this from. Not even Fordham locations are this bad. Sadly I’ll have to pass on this location.
Everything was clean and orderly, I got my food timely, I just wish the atmosphere was a little more like the classic nostalgic Taco Bell. There wasn’t any flavor to the place!
