The worst customer service. The soda machine did not have anymore Pepsi and none of the employees wanted to refill it. They were giving a very bad attitude. I had to ask them more than 3 times to please help me. Then they decided to replace it and ended up saying there was not more Pepsi in the back. They never offered me a refund Just water or orange juice. I asked them again 2 more times that what they were going to do and finally gave a refund. Don’t visit this place ever. They are rude peopl
Idk where the 5 stars reviews are coming from but I need to know when those employees are working cause my food was made with such little energy it’s insane. How am I missing a burrito, was giving the a different burrito instead of a taco and the new cantina taco doesn’t look anything like the picture. Ik it won’t look the same as the pic but that looks like a regular crunch taco. I’m missing about 6-8 dollars out of the 21 I spent today, how can your employees be this badly trained, like does
Employee had a baby while working on the clock. Which violated health codes, each employee on the clock bashed and threw hot water on a disabled or mentally disabled person. The customer and bystanders called the police. This location should be shut down and the person who baby was behind the counter on the side of cash registers should be fined. This company location is horrible and the staff will hurt the customers and bring their kids to work while on the clock. Store location, date and time.
