I stopped in craving a steak burrito bowl with a side of nachos, and wow, this place absolutely delivered. The steak was cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The rice was anything but ordinary. It was seasoned beautifully and added so much depth to the bowl. The nachos were fresh, crispy, and tasted like they had just come out of the kitchen. they failed to send me one of my order items and lie by saying theyll write it as a credit. just for me to call back and the lady have an attitude for me requesting the credit for the order im about to place restuarants like these hurt cause their food is great just sucks how customer service can ruin it for loyal customers!
The cashier denied me when I simply asked for a tissue for my mother, who is slightly immobile at the moment with such discrimination and unnecessary attitude which wasn’t appropriate or appreciated what so ever. If she would’ve followed the simple request for tissue I would’ve had no issues making a purchase afterwards but her attitude made me immediately take my business elsewhere.
