This was my first time trying this taco spot, in my opinion there are two other taco restaurants, Azteca and taco el pastor, I tried both those places and they don’t amount to taqueria Munoz. Me and my wife had the tacos Birria, they were very tasty!. And the proportions were perfect! We will be regular customers 💜
Everything was delicious! Servers were so nice and helpful. They made any substitutions or accommodations we wanted. The salsa verde was a highlight! We got guacamole, gorditas y enchiladas. Going to be a staple in my nyc food rotation.
I stopped by as my old man told me he enjoyed the tacos he ate at this restaurant and I have to agree, it is genuinely one of the best tacos I ever had and my family and I are very picky with Mexican food but this place does it the best as there’s not many good Mexican restaurants around the area especially the recently new restaurant next door that I didn’t have a good experience with as Im glad this new place opened up.
