OMG, this is my new favorite bakery! This has to be the first Jamaican bakery that’s didn’t disappoint. The cake and pastries are fresh and fluffy! Only thing is their nonalcoholic cakes are limited to 3 options.
I purchased a beef patty and the inside looked like a mixture of beef and fat and the beef patty itself taste bad. The customer service disregarded my complaint. I have had many beef patties from other Jamacian restaurants but nothing like this before. I don’t know if the rest of the food is good. But my overall experience was unpleasant.
I came in today, January 21st, around 6:40 a.m. I’ve been supporting this business since it only had one location, so it’s disappointing to say that the quality of service has gone downhill as the company has expanded. The staff member who assisted me (a girl with a large bun on top of her head) was rude and unaccommodating. I ordered ackee and saltfish and was given mostly ackee with very little saltfish. When I politely asked if she could add a scoop of saltfish, she told me they “don’t mix,”
