I was really disappointed with this order. I paid $14–15 per roll, expecting a proper balance of fish and ingredients, but what I received was mostly rice with very minimal filling inside. The amount of fish was extremely small compared to the thick layer of rice. For this price point, the quality and portion balance simply do not justify the cost. I’ve attached photos so others can see what to expect. I hope the restaurant improves consistency and quality because this was not worth the price.
I ordered the American Dream roll through Uber Eats. The menu description did not clearly indicate that this was a hot roll, so I expected something very different. The roll arrived extremely hot, and the topping had melted and lost its texture, as shown in the photo. When I called the restaurant for clarification, the experience was even more disappointing. Instead of explaining the item or addressing my concern, the employee was rude, dismissive, and ended the conversation with an attitude.
The place is not bad, but the waiter in Chinese started insulting me. When you order delivery, the couriers don’t call — they just leave the order at your door. They’re often late: they say it will arrive in 45 minutes, but it usually comes in about an hour. The soup is almost always cold.
