My experience at Terrace on the Park was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the venue failed to meet the expectations that its reputation and pricing seem to promise. The facility felt outdated, poorly maintained, and lacking the attention to detail that guests deserve. The service was one of the biggest problems. Staff members often appeared disorganized, blacked out like a phantom, and unprepared, which created unnecessary frustration throughout the event. Communication was
Steve was an amazing bartender! Friendly, personable, and attentive throughout the evening. He made the best margaritas I’ve had in a long time, and his positive energy made the experience even better. The ambiance at Terrace on the Park was beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere and stunning views that made the event feel extra special. Between the excellent service, delicious drinks, and wonderful venue, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🍹🏙️
Wonderful venue with indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful lighting in the dining areas and an amazing view of all of Queens.
