I placed a mobile order through the Tex’s app and already paid, but when I got to this Kingsbridge Road location, the worker refused to open the door. He said he “can’t let customers in,” even though the store shows as open for pickup. I was just trying to get the food I paid for, but the service was rude and unhelpful. Totally unacceptable and a waste of money. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
Very good service i enjoyed my meal. Wish i coul thank the team who made my meal cause it was good. Keep the good service up.
