Literally sick in bed and craved chicken because the one on 141st and broadway is amazing and got nothing but uncooked fries, bread not baked, and the chicken smells uncooked. Im soo sad !!!
When I order chicken, it's always served in a black oil. The staff here doesn't seem to care. There's no sauce or napkins in the bag. It's always like this. Please change the manager or focus on service. i don't know who gave them 5 stars .. no one wants to eat and i told them i will wait for fresh i wait 20 minutes and they drop old chicken in black oil please don't be over smart we can complaint in health department too . so disappointed
I ordered a smash burger and loaded fries today. The smash burger was okay nothing special, but decent enough. the loaded French fries were very disappointing. They tasted old, dry, and seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. Definitely not fresh, and that’s unacceptable when you’re paying for a meal. Customers expect fresh food, especially for something as simple as fries. Serving stale or reheated food gives the impression that quality isn’t a priority. I hope management takes this
