Hosted my 35th birthday here on Saturday May 11th. Met Paul and Stacie(the owners) and agreed to a 3 hour buyout for $3k minimum. I arrived around 6:15pm the day of for 7:00pm start to setup and grab a drink. At that time I had a weird interaction with the bartender but didn't think anything of it. I invited around 75 guests of friends, and family. As early as 7:15 it was noticeable that the service was very slow. My guests were ordering 2 drinks at once just because they knew it would take so
Absolutely terrible experience. My friend booked his birthday party here and we spent most of the night waiting for drinks. The bartender appeared so drunk that she was unable to even pour drinks. The service was painfully slow and completely unprofessional. Meanwhile, the owner seemed far more concerned about getting paid and protecting a fake Guinness glass decoration on the bar than actually taking care of customers. If your idea of hospitality is ignoring guests while drinks take forever
I attended a private event here and it was truly the worst experience I’ve had at a bar. The only bartender was drunk, and it took truly 15+ minutes to get a drink. Once you got it, it was likely wrong and then when it came to pay your tab it was charged wrong with drinks or shots you never had. When brought to the owners attention he took no accountability and because it was so slow people were going to the bar next door to get drinks, and would come back before we got served.
