Love this place! I’ve been coming here since it’s opened. The bartenders are super sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere creates a safe space for queer women and they have TONS of events every week! I Always recommend this bar to friends and co workers. Shoutout to the bartender Fear she’s super sweet and makes great drinks
I’ve been going to the Bush pretty much since it opened, and love the inclusive, queer, fun space that it is. I’ve never had an issue with bartenders charging gratuity without permission, so I can’t speak on that. The vibes have always been fun for me and my friends, and I love that they do so many events throughout the week and even the summer. There’s nothing like a Bush block party on summer Sundays! The Bush has been a wonderful experience every time I've had the pleasure to visit. My favorite part of the experience has been the wonderful staff. They're knowledgeable, charismatic, and incredibly friendly! The vibes are immaculate especially when there's an event involving live music. It gets incredibly busy sometimes, but the staff is a well oiled machine! The highest of recommendations for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and friendly lesbian bar in the epicenter of Bushwick.
