We ordered takeout from The Bushwick Diner and tried several classic American comfort dishes fish and chips, a Philly cheesesteak, the combo appetizer platter, and New England clam chowder. Food was not great. Ordered 2xdouble smash burgers. Loaded fries for 8 dollars plus 1$ extra for the sauce that I never got It was a size of a palm of my hand. Burger had a whole clamp of onion in it . And loaded fries included onions that were moldy . You could taste mold for 9 dollars !!! Do not recommend .
Great local diner. Food is simple and good. Breakfast and lunch items are good. I’ve never ordered dinner from here. The servers are very nice and the food comes out quick.
