Landed in the JFK airport, which is located in southside Jamaica Queens, and I was starving! I was looking for some places nearby with good ratings even though I don’t trust all the Google reviews, but this place was a 4.9 for that much reviews, somethings got to be up. The jerk chicken platter was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked—juicy on the inside with just the right amount of char on the outside. The jerk seasoning was flavorful and well-balanced, bringing a smoky heat that wasn’t overpowering. The sides complemented the chicken nicely and rounded out the meal. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Definitely a platter I’d order again and recommend to anyone who enjoys bold, authentic flavors.
I don’t usually go too crazy for Halal spots, but this place is definitely an exception! The jerk chicken was amazing—flavorful and cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back! I also tried their red velvet cookie, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
