Your food is great, but there’s a serious issue with the night shift front staff. They turn off the phone so they don’t have to take orders, and when I come in, I’m told the grill is closed and given excuses to order something else. I used to come here often, but this has really affected your customer service. Please tell your employees not to turn off the phone so your business can continue to grow. Ordered lamb over rice with extra red sauce through grubhub. No red sauce at all only white. Wish they had an option like other locations regarding what sauces you want if they are not going to read the special instructions.
