After reading many positive reviews and hearing great things about the food, we decided to stop by and try this place. After seeing so many great reviews, we had to give The Inkan a try — and overall, it was a really good experience. The flavors were bold and authentic, and you can tell the dishes are made with care. The chaufa de carne was well seasoned with tender pieces of beef, and the tallarín verde con bistec had a creamy, flavorful green sauce paired with a nicely cooked steak. Their Happy hour is 10/10, great cocktails for a great price! They gave chips and salsa for every table. Their cheese empanada was heavy and massive for the $5 price. Look at that cheese pull!! Happy hour is in the attached picture, but ranges from $5 beers to $9 cocktails.
