This place makes the best Haitian food I've had in years! I used to go to Good Taste but they've gotten rather expensive and super stingy with their portions. This place, on the other hand, offers better food at cheaper prices and MUCH larger portions. Their Griot is sheer perfection, the joumou is great, and their chicken and legume is on another level. They are also very friendly and remember your name. You MUST stop here and grab a bite!
Went in to order goat meat, lady told me it would be 5mins so I sat and waited thinking she went in the back to prepare my order. 12mins later another customer came in, ordered his food then left within 3mins. I then went to the counter to ask why it was taking so long since they told me “5mins”. Am gonna make myself clear. I love that restaurant it because is so clean to welcome the restroom is very very very very clean. The black.man espcially is very nice and he can help you if your order. You can buy it to go or to stay. My favor food that i order was The rice and beans and strew vegetable jt was sooo delicious that i would like to order one more so bad my sweet husband was with he was not allowed me to do so. Ya. Good to go and good stay to eat.
