We were there for Sunday brunch at 1145am. It was a beautiful roof top restaurant with a great view. The 10 course small meals were small but really filling by number 7 or 8th. They were all very delicious. The experience I love the most other than the food was the Dandy Wellington band. The soft fun jazz music set a great atmosphere for the overall dinning experience. Most of the food is good but not all. We got the wrong desert though. Drinks are also kinda pricey and the 62$ sangria pitcher is a trap. Bouncers are nasty and it's hard to get a table even though they are low on occupancy. Other staff are very nice and friendly. You just have to get used to eating on your lap or tip the ladies at the entrance to get a table like a decent human being.
