This place has become my new favorite comfort spot and deserves more hype and love. Especially on a rainy day the tomato soup and their grilled cheese sandwich hits just right, probably the best I have had. My go to order is Jerk Boy with tomato soup. The staff is also very welcoming and attentive. They do have happy hour drinks that you have to pull up their website to look at.
my grubhub order was absolutely inedible. i'm typically not one to complain, but the soup was deadass the worst i've ever had. the cheesecake was $8 dollars for a literal sliver. bruh moment. the photo attached is their 6 dollar parm ciabatta... soggy
i’ve lived down the street for years and this is one of my very favorite neighborhood spots. i love bringing out of towners to the wheelhouse because the food is consistently SO DELICIOUS. i’ve had many of the menu items and never had a single thing i wouldn’t want again - the tomato soup is a highlight, as is the cubano, the breakfast sandwich, the buffalo mac, the spicy chicken sliders, the roasted brussels, the chicken caesar salad… i could go on. plus the owners susanna and phillip and their
