The customer service here is just extremely rude and disrespectful. I walked in and both girls were just sitting on their phones, ignoring me until I spoke up. Even when I was trying to ask a question about the ingredients, the girl at the register just acted like I wasn't there. To top it off, they wouldn't even pass my drink across the counter to me even though it was crowded and I was right there. They just put it at the far end and both ignored me. Bubble bubble! Bubble tea! Quick on the go bubble tea! Location: it is located inside Baychester Mall. It is kinda tricky to find. It is on the second floor and almost at the end near JC Penney entrance. There is no seating inside. Service: I just ordered and go, no interaction. Food: I went here twice and I ordered Tiger Pearl Milk Tea. First time I ordered it with regular sugar and I felt like it was too sweet so the next time I went I ask for 50% sugar and it was amazing! The boba is soft
Tiger King at Bay Plaza Mall is an awesome spot! The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well-organized, and they have a great selection of products. Shopping here is always a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re at Bay Plaza!
