If you’re in Dumbo. Do not come here. Service is little to none, and rude. You have to order on the tablet before sitting down, what type of bar is this? Every time you ask for something they roll their eyes. On top of that, the bathroom is out of service. And from the previous reviews, the bathroom has been out of service since the beginning of time. If you want an enjoyable experience, go anywhere else.
I was really disappointed with my experience at Tommy’s Burgers. The service was terrible from the moment we walked in. The host spent more time talking to and making out with her boyfriend than paying attention to customers. It was unprofessional and made us feel completely ignored. A restaurant’s first impression starts with the front staff, and this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve better service and a more professional atmosp
As my husband said, someone finally got it right! Excellent smash burger, priced right with all the fixings! I personally had the impossible burger and it too was delicious! We shared a few orders of fries among the 4 of us and since it was a beautiful day, we ate outside along side the Manhattan bridge and the Brooklyn Flea market! Ignore the haters and give them a try! It was pretty tasty and a great Brooklyn lunch spot that we'll be visiting again soon!
