I live in Minnesota, and it's not always easy to find authentic Guyanese food and snacks. Tropical Isle Roti Shop and Bakery brought a taste of home right to my door! Everything arrived fresh and was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic, homemade, and reminded me of the food I grew up enjoying. The customer service was excellent, and I love that they deliver to any state, making it possible for people all across the country to enjoy amazing Guyanese cuisine. Thank you, Tropical Isle,
I used to frequent this place 2x a week for bread, roti, cheese roll, and pine tart. Today, 6/15, will be my last. I purchased bread, pine tart, cheese rolls, and pone. I came home, opened my bags to have a snack, and saw a RAT bit through the pine tart and the packaging. It didn't even touch my counter yet before I began taking it out of the bag. When I called, the manager did not even apologize! I will NEVER be buying ANYTHING from this place again. This business has just lost loyal customers.
This delivery was the best thing i’ve gotten in a while. I moved to Georgia a few months ago for my job and been feeling super homesick. Them being able to ship food this quickly (literally took a day) and this far was truly amazing. And the food was soo tasteful. My next order is gonna be a whole bunch if doubles lol
