Food was mid, I asked for boneless chicken combo. They charged me for boneless, and when I got home I had bone in which is cheaper. My kids could barely eat it because of the mini bones it had in it. Definitely had better Spanish food, the lady who helped me was kind the only pleasant thing from the experience.
This place food is ok, but the service really need improvement, almost every time I order food from here they forget to send me something I ordered, when you call to let them know instead of sending the missing item, they want you to place another order to have the missing food deliver because you have to meet the delivery minimum amount which is ridiculous. services need improvement and better policy.
Stopped in here briefly as I was in the area and wanted to try something I can't find as easily elsewhere. Took me a minute to understand the menu, but one of the ladies was very helpful and spoke English and helped me pick out some items to order. It was clear the other lady spoke no English. Ended up with Pastelon de Platano with rice and a side of sweet plantains. Also ended up with some really amazing potato salad from their mini fridge as well as some pineapple juice. I'd skip the juice
