I had a terrible experience with this burger place. To begin with, I ordered the more expensive fries with cheese, which I never received. I was informed that “they ran out of cheese”, but no alternative was offered and I wasn’t given a refund either. The organization at True Burger Co in JFK was so bad I genuinely wondered if it was a hidden camera show. Every single order was wrong or missing something. They were calling numbers completely out of order — jumping from 16 to 24 — while no one seemed to be getting the food they actually paid for.
