For the price I expected the food to show up on actual plates not in to go containers. Cool place but we spent like $70 on a burger, chicken tenders and a drink so the product does not match the price
There’s definitely some hype around the TWA Hotel—the sunken lounge, the Connie plane bar—and since I was flying into JFK, I wanted to check it out. With all the construction, getting there took a bit. You have to take the AirTrain and then walk over to Terminal 5, which isn’t the most convenient if you’ve got bags. They serve the worst food ever, but you pay for premium food. Cold low quality stuff. The atmosphere is awesome. Takes back to the 70s.
