If I could I would give them 10 ⭐️. I was in New York for a visit with my mom, and prior to our trip this amazing place popped out to my TikTok foryou page. I said I had to visit, as myself and my mom are Croatians there is nothing like food from back home. Service was excellent. Food cant even describe but basically like my nan used to cook for my young self proper original Croatian cuisine, perfectly seasoned and even more perfectly cooked. Hone style Croatian cooking at its best. I had Maneštra soup which was perfect and then the mixed grill which was not overcooked and was still kicking a bit. Nice traditional service. I'm coming back again for sure to try another dish. If you're in the area give it a go. You will not be disappointed.
This is an old school croatian club/restaurant. It's such a hidden gem!. You really feel like you are in a old world kitchen/restaurant. Our server was so kind, helpful and welcoming. The food was surprisingly good! We had the mixed grill plate, veal gnocci and black squid ink risotto. It was soooo soooo sooo good. The flavors were simple but well developed.
