I had been meaning to check out GAIR for a while. Located in the heart of DUMBO, it has been on my radar since it was first being built. Walking in, the space immediately delivers. The interior is beautifully designed, and the curvature of the bar creates a strong visual centerpiece. It feels like a place that works equally well for a cocktail or a date night. The music is kept at a level where conversation is easy, which is always appreciated. We came in with high expectations for the drinks.
I stopped by after work without many expectations and ended up being pleasantly surprised. The place has a super relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding, having a good conversation, and forgetting about the stress of the day.
