This is a great bagel stop with a broad breakfast menu and plenty of vegan options. My friend and I came at peak time on a Sat 11 a.m., and while it was crowded, loud, and full of weekend energy, the line moved quickly and we got our food fast. By 12:15., the crowd had cleared. The bagels were hot and fresh, constantly being restocked and there were lots of varieties to choose from. Loved the classic NY large cream‑cheese‑to‑bagel ratio, and my made‑to‑order bacon, egg, and cheese was solid. T
It was overall Meh. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel and a latte. It was nothing like your flavorful bodega BEC. And the bagels weren't like NY bagels. Seating space was good, nice place to meet and have a chat. There's even a cute little free game which kids love. Overall, it was fine, but I would likely not go back. Also staff taking the orders were a little impatient borderline rude, it appeared that tourists kind of irked them. If you have other options, I'd try that first.
Great bagel shop with lots of options! So thankful for the vegan breakfast bagel - it's so hard to find a quick breakfast that actually has protein. The coffee cut deep into all the right places. Thank you!
