Variety Coffee on Graham Ave is hands-down my favorite spot in Williamsburg. The baristas are genuinely some of the kindest, most welcoming people—you walk in and they remember your usual, always with a smile and zero attitude. The café’s warm, attentive staff immediately created a sense of comfort. The espresso on top of the latte was expertly balanced with a rich and smooth flavor without a trace of bitterness. With a table in the back, I spent hours drawing, fully absorbed in the atmosphere, and left feeling both relaxed and creatively fulfilled. I lefted once my drawing was completed.
