Visited the VIP ONE lounge today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff serving food came across as quite rude, which really affected the overall atmosphere. While the food itself wasn’t terrible, it definitely didn’t meet expectations for an international lounge. This lounge consistency is the best part of my JFK experience because of it's great employees: Silke H. is the most exceptional and nice employee at all of JFK and her colleague Wajiha I. is a very close second. They are warm, friendly and super efficient when helping me through security and they always make me feel like I'm a movie star. Five stars! I recently used VIP ONE Lounge at JFK, and it completely transformed what is usually the most stressful part of flying out of Terminal 1.
