Walked into this Wendy’s expecting service, got chaos instead. Two employees—a male in a black hat who’s hiding behind the soda fountain and a female in purple glasses—ignored me, blasted music, and danced while I waited 15 minutes of confusion with the kiosk. The manager finally said both the kiosk and register were “down.” I was treated with the same disregard as the homeless people loitering inside and outside, panhandling freely with no security. I’ve visited this location twice within 2 weeks. The staff at the location were very friendly. The first time I visited this location the service was fast I received my order in less than 5 minutes. However, when I arrived to my destination, I realized I was missing fries from my order. The food was very good and fresh. The second time I visited the location I was able to place my order rather quickly. However, it took over 20 minutes for me to receive my order. When I did receive it,
