The food was delicious and the self-kiosk made ordering easy for us. However, the service was quite slow. We watched a customer wait a long time for assistance, and when a staff member finally arrived, they didn't know how to log into the register to take the order. Great food, but the team definitely needs better training on the equipment.
I am a frequent customer at Wendy's mainly to pick up food for my daughter. I went to Wendy's today to pick up a child's cheeseburger and provided instruction to only put cheese on the hamburger and nothing else. When I got home, my daughter opened the bun - there was NO CHEESE, BUT INSTEAD THERE WAS A SMALL PEICE OF BACON LEFT ON THE BUN. It appeared that they peeled the bacon from an already made burger and gave it to me, leaving behind a small piece. For people that don't eat pork, beware!
Dirty and disgusting. No trays? Do you expect customers to bring their own dishes into Wendy’s dining room? The grill person came to see who the burgers were going to…. Suspicious!!! Looks like there’s zero supervision in here. The floors are filthy and sticky seem like they haven’t been swept. There is garbage all over.
