I ordered a large combo and they gave me a small one, and all I got was a bun with meat and pickles. Where is this supposed to be a hamburger? I explained this to the girl and she still ignored what I asked for. The customer service was terrible. I feel like ordering there again is the same thing.
The food was as expected. Though, I am not just giving my 5 star review for the food service. I thank all of the men who were working there on the night that I stepped in to order my meal. As I was trying to eat, another patron began to harass me, and seeing this, the men working stepped in to help me. I know that it is part of their job to keep the environment nice, but they really made me feel safe because I was really starting to get worried. Thank you again.
The food at this Wendy's is usually pretty good, especially their fries and burgers, which are always fresh. However, I've had a couple of experiences with slow service during busy times, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's decent for a quick meal, but a little more efficiency would make it great.
