I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that the pick up window has 10 people waiting and there is absolutely no communication from the leadership team. The lobby as well is absolutely messy, Trash over running, soda machines out, and customers being forced to use the kiosk. The shift leader complained that they are understaffed which is understandable but it doesn’t appear to be so with a kitchen full of people. Disappointed with Slow Service I recently used their services and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite the initial promises of efficiency, the service was significantly slower than expected. The delay caused a lot of inconvenience, and I felt that my needs were not prioritized. While the quality of the service was decent, the prolonged wait time overshadowed any positive aspects. I hope they can improve their speed and responsiveness in the future.
So I order Grubhub because I just had surgery and my appetite is wonky . The order was simple. A biggie bag with a jr cheese burger, remove the bacon , I DO NOT EAT BACON!! Nuggies , fries and a pink lemonade. Simple right ? Wrong ! I get my order and its two baked potatoes covered in fake cheese n u guessed it , bacon!!
