DO’NT RECOMMEND ! Terrible service employees rude as hell this location wasn’t ready to open they didn’t have most of the items on menu had to settle for sum else . The lady who mad my frosty gave me chocolate caramel swirl when I ordered vanilla Carmel swirl and told me I ordered chocolate they don’t have enough employees and last but not least my bacon burger was made so sloppy the bun was broken no mayonnaise or bacon just ketchup, and two pickles and one onion
Spent $40 on Ubereats around 8p and it was an expensive mistake. Sour cream chive potato? No sour cream. Baconator? No bacon--at all. Combo meal? No drink. Two frosties? Completely missing. No sauces either. Don't order delivery from this location, they don't gaf and will miss half of what you ordered.
I want to start by saying I completely understand the long wait time, brand new store and staff has to get used to it. What I don’t understand is why was there a huge piece of what ever metal object this is in my fries? Lol. Unfortunately didn’t eat the fries and I definitely recommend not getting the Cinnabon pull parts. It was almost as hard as the metal. Maybe I’ll come again once they get into a good groove.
