Our party of three visited on a Saturday afternoon and we were seated immediately. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was awesome. The traditional decor is filled with beautiful details that serve as a wonderful reminder of exactly where the cuisine originates. Dry wings were fire. Very juicy and perfect rub of spice. Momo takes second place forgot to take picture. Himalayan tea was okayish so is the garlic naan. Overall good experience due to our lovely server. She made sure we had everything and checked on us multiple times.
Had an amazing experience at While in Kathmandu. The traditional chicken dish was packed with incredible flavor and you could truly taste the depth of the spices and the care that went into the preparation. Every bite had so much impact and felt authentically homemade. The buffalo momo was absolutely delicious as well, juicy, well‑seasoned, and cooked perfectly.
