We've been looking for a new fried chicken place ever since TKO closed. Unfortunately we haven't found it. This was probably the worst fried chicken we have ever had. Forget about finding any herbs and spices. They didn't even season it with salt and pepper. Totally tasteless. This is the first time I've ordered fried chicken and had to salt and pepper it myself. Cold floppy French fries. Dinner rolls that smelled like chemicals or vinegar.
Great neighborhood spot, excellent customer service, fresh homemade food. Large selection of both hot and cold dishes to choose from. Friendly & bilingual staff. Parking may be a bit of an issue.
As I viewed their menu online, I see that they put the best fried chicken. So I call to order, the gentleman that answered the phone , had to have been the weirdest and rudest. Well it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to be delivered. It had to have been the worst fried Chicken and buffalo wings that I've ever had.They leave a big thick piece of skin on that you can't even eat.
