Absolutely horrible customer service. Asked multiple times about an item and was told one thing and my food came out the complete opposite. Then when I called back to find out what happens the girl was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Will never waste money in this dump again. Food was cold and wrap was split in half. All around terrible experience.
Food was cooked perfectly. Well done chicken and the fries were nice and crispy. I had boneless wings with the honey garlic. New flavor for me… verryyy good!
It was my first time at Wing World Staten Island this week, I’m a wing lover & was very impressed! By far, they are the best , tastiest large wings I’ve tried in all NYC. My favorite were the barbecue & Buffalo. The waffle fries were soo crunchy and delicious. Can’t wait to come again with my family.
