During my most recent visit, I purchased a meal and a fountain drink. While I was drinking my soda, I discovered what appeared to be a roach attached to the inside of the cup. This was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable. I had already consumed some of the drink before noticing it, which caused me significant concern about my health and the sanitation practices at the restaurant. I immediately returned to the restaurant and showed the employee and manager what I found. I still have
I received the chicken sandwich stale and I can’t even bite into it. The chicken tenders were so oily as well never had it like this before. The fries was put without cover inside the bag. Such a careless way. Not mention the bag was ripped from down as there was a water on the bottom. Such a mess meal.
I placed an order in store and they completely messed up my order. It seems like they gave me someone else’s order inside my bag although the receipt on the bag was mine. Additionally the service was slow and I saw orders placed after me get their orders first.
