I went in on a Wednesday around 3, and the man who was working there was walking around making sure tables and area were clean. I would just like shoutout how kind, friendly, and charismatic he was. Everything about my order was correct and again, his customer service was TOP notch. I also have ordered for delivery and everything was done correctly and packaged well.
Great experience at this Wingstop. Jacob and Roberto provided excellent service on a very busy day with only the two of them working. Despite the pressure, they stayed efficient, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. Orders were handled quickly and the experience was easy and pleasant. Ordered a 6 piece bone-in wing combo around 2:45 PM. The cashier spoke English but seemed a bit unsure—no problem. When she gave me the price, it sounded off, so I read back my order and specifically confirmed “bone-in wings.” She agreed. I confirmed a second time. Still agreed. My receipt said boneless.
