They Greet you as you walk in, wait time is reasonable, and the service is nice. A cool environment. I’ve been there 3 times now and everytime I went it’s great. And sometimes they even slide in 1 or 2 extra wings 👻 I hope they keep the consistency.
This is the second time my order has been mixed up at this location. Despite there only being two customers including myself in the shop at 5:25 PM, my specific request for an additional bone-in “Classic Wing” with my set meal was ignored, and I received all boneless wings instead. It’s frustrating to have the same mistake happen twice when the staffs aren’t even busy.
ordered last night when i got home and went to eat i was so disappointed. I ordered extra parmesan didn’t even get a sprinkle of parmesan and i waited until they were not busy to go inside i saw them cleaning up so it’s not like they were packed smh.
