An incredible place to eat for anyone who loves Georgian Cuisine and culture. The food was superb, just like what you'd get in a restaurant in Georgia itself. The atmosphere and mood was even better, with live Georgian music and singing. The owner of the place even gifted a bottle of Georgian wine as I knew some Georgian songs and some of their culture. That was such a cool experience. Can recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

I hosted an event at X-Factory in Brooklyn, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The service fell far below acceptable standards. We paid approximately $150 per person, yet the quality of service did not reflect that price point at all. The staff was inattentive and provided virtually no service to the guests throughout the event. When the cake was served, the tea was simply placed on the table without being offered to the guests.
