This place offers happy hour but the drinks and the food have to be paid up front. This plus with an auto 20 percent tip. The server came and asked for our orders and never came to follow up and ask how every thing was. Customer service was terrible and the space. The drinks were weak and the food was suuuuper miiiid. Hookah was $10 and that's what it lasted for. All based on upcharges. If you want a good happy hour l, this would be disappointing 😞

Visited Xscape NYC on a Monday night with my boyfriend , first of all ambiance is A1 very aesthetically pleasing . Tiktok and Instagram worthy. The server Olivia is very sweet and hospitable. I had some good strong margaritas and honey garlic wings they were 10/10, DJ was also point! I highly recommend.
