I visited Yumpling for the first time after looking for an affordable lunch spot near the station, and I can honestly say the reviews were accurate! The food was very reasonably priced and satisfying for the quality and portion size. The restaurant itself is pretty small and doesn’t have a ton of seating, but the location is super convenient since it’s close to the station. There’s also a park nearby, so it’s actually a great place to grab takeout and eat outside when the weather is nice. One
Yumpling is one of the more authentic Taiwanese restaurants that I've been to in NYC, and I do like to stop by for a nice meal whenever I'm in the area. The restaurant itself is a bit small and doesn't have the most seats, but the counter service and food prep is pretty quick, and table turnover is correspondingly quick, too. The food is delicious super tasty, filled with flavor. Also great customer service very nice, I got the taiwanese popcorn chicken(which is a little spicy) and trio dumplings definitely recommend, i will be coming back to try more😋
